Lactobionic Acid – inhibitor of MMP’s (matrix metalloproteinase enzymes) and is responsible for degrading the skin’s extracellular matrix and overall structural integrity causing wrinkles, skin laxity and telagiectasia. Provides multiple skin benefits which increase cell turnover time and provide antioxidant properties. It also assists in wound healing.

4-Butylresorcinol – 4-Butylresorcinol is a strong inhibitor of tyrosinase and tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TRP-1), very effective as skin lightener that also provides an even tone to the skin. A powerful antioxidant ingredient that protects the skin against free radicals and induced DNA damage.

Mandelic Acid – mandelic acid stimulates the production of collagen and shows advanced results in the treatment of photo-ageing by improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, without irritation and possible post inflammatory hyperpigmentation normally associated with other acids.

Salicylic Acid - is an effective keratolytic allowing additional actives to penetrate more effectively.

Retinol – regulates cellular differentiation. Stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin and acts as a powerful anti-oxidant.
